2024 Railway Events Rail Gala Weekend - Saturday & Sunday 20 & 21 July 2024 Steam trains, diesel trains, passenger trains, industrial trains and model trains. Something for everyone! For the first time since 2016, we shall be welcoming a visiting steam locomotive, Lily built in 1912. Lily is a Decauville 0-4-0T, works No. 648. We are grateful to Jeremy Martin, owner of the locomotive and the Richmond Light Railway, in Kent, for bringing Lily to the Museum for our Gala event.
